- Your orders will be shipped from various warehouses, basically depending on availability of products in each warehouse and the distance between the warehouse and the delievery address.
- Most orders will be packed in 24 hours after purchase, at most 3 days for some minor cases.
- International orders may take 3-15 days to be delivered. It varies for different countries or rigions. It could be very fast for Asian clients, but will be much slower for clients in North&South American countries. Meanwhile, you can always track your order in the store or on the logistics company website with the tracking code we send to you in your email box.
- Logistics suppliers are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
